The 88 questions below run from easy to properly hard, with separate sets for friends, couples, childhood and the daft end of things. Pick about twenty, mix the difficulty, and keep a few of the hard ones for last.
What makes a quiz about you worth taking
The quizzes that get forwarded are the ones that are slightly unfair. A question everyone gets right is a wasted line. A question nobody could possibly know is a guessing game. The good ones sit between: things you have said out loud, more than once, that only an attentive person would have kept.
Most of these are written to work as multiple choice. Where a question needs its options spelled out, there is a note with a suggested set, and you should swap in your own wrong answers so they sound like you. A wrong option that is nearly true is what separates your best friend from someone who met you at a wedding.
Order matters more than people expect. Open with the easy set so everyone scores early, put childhood questions in the middle where parents and siblings pull ahead, and finish on the hard set so the leaderboard can still move in the last five minutes.

How to score it and keep it fun
Score out of twenty. It is long enough to separate people and short enough that nobody checks their phone halfway through.
Publish score bands before anyone starts: under eight is "have we met", eight to fourteen is "acquaintance", fifteen to eighteen is "proper friend", nineteen or twenty is "slightly worrying".
Reveal each answer with the story behind it. The story is the entertainment, the score is just the excuse.
Have everyone answer on their own sheet or phone at the same time, so nobody copies the person who has known you longest.
Make the last three questions worth double, so the person at the bottom still has a reason to care.
Take the quiz about someone else afterwards. Swapping who writes it is what turns one round into an evening.
Give the lowest scorer a job rather than a punishment, like choosing the next song or making the tea.
