The rules, and three ways to change them
One person reads a question. Everyone counts down from three and points at whoever they think fits it, all at once, so nobody can wait to see where the crowd is going. The person with the most fingers on them has to explain themselves, or accept the verdict with dignity. Then the reader passes the list on.
For a secret ballot, which is kinder at work and fairer with a big group, everyone writes a name on a scrap of paper and the reader counts them out loud. To add a score, give a point to anyone who pointed with the majority. For the chaotic version, the person pointed at most reads the next question, which means the unlucky ones end up running the game.
Two rules make it work. Nobody is allowed to point at themselves, however true it is, and whoever reads a question has to vote too.

What not to ask
Do not ask anything about weight, looks, money or anything else a person cannot change by Tuesday.
Do not let one person win every question. If the same name keeps coming up, move to a list where they are less obvious.
At work, do not write a question that is really a performance review, like who is most likely to miss a deadline.
Do not ask a couple which of them is most likely to leave. It is not a joke, it is a forecast.
Do not make children the punchline of adult questions, even the ones who are laughing.
Do not turn it into a drinking game if anyone is under age, driving, or quietly not drinking.
